So - being home during the day I keep pretty busy between working and straightening the house and tending the kiddos, but I have found myself addicted to a newer TV show that is really really trash TV at its finest. NYC Prep. Its like watching a train wreck live. Its a show about a bunch of prep school (high school) kids living in the upper East side of NYC -- I have no idea where there parents are. Well, that's not completely true. One girl lives in a flat with her 18 year old brother while her parents reside in the Hamptons. That way she can take voice lessons and continue to work on becoming some sort of pop star. How could she do that while living with her parents in the Hamptons after all. She's 16. These kids are at fashion week, alone, having dinner in fancy, fancy restaurants, on dates...their view of the world so messed up. Their realities so ridiculous I don't know where to start. There friends have become their families and they're collectively raising each other...and so far, they don't seem to be doing a great job. And yet, I can't seem to put the clicker down. It's become my guilty pleasure.
