So we survived the blizzard of 2009...I've seen worse, but I'm not complaining. It's kind of nice that the school district decided to put the safety ahead of forcing everyone out to school today. The kids have received a 3rd day reprieve. And they're still sleeping so it's still the calm before the storm in our house.
Tomorrow is Halloween. That should be interesting. Kenzie decided to be Gabriella at Prom from HSM. There's not much to the dress that serves as the costume. Looks like she'll have snow pants under and her coat over...may as well let Jake trick or treat -- he can tell everyone he's an extreme sports snow board dude this year after all! He'd fit right in.
So today is a work day and I better get on it. Cal will be here sometime late morning and I have a lot of prep work to do before he gets here. And yes, I've taken befores so Korie, no worries...you'll see the project through my eyes...embarassment and all!
