So - Kenzie had a sleepover with her friend Megan last night. And today we're heading to Elitch Gardens just for a few hours of fun...for the kids that is...I'm odd man out this time. On rides by myself or standing waiting for the kiddos to finish. Good, I hear it should be upwards of 80 degrees today! I shouldn't complain. The kids will love it and that's why we got the passes this year to begin with...
I started this morning the way all good sleepovers require -- by making breakfast...square pancakes. Right, square. The best thing I ever learned from Pampered chef was how to use my rectangular bake sheet to make the best, richest, highest, squarest pancakes. And they're pre-buttered to boot!
